One great thing about a glamping or camping holiday is the chance to enjoy cooking outdoors!
Knowing what to cook and juggling what cooking facilities you are going to have access to while you are away can be tricky, here are three simple hints and suggestions for you to try while you’re away.
1. One-pot cooking!
By far the easiest way to cook up a tasty meal without your kitchen cupboard full of all your gadgets and gizmos (and with hardly any washing up after!). A hearty casserole, stew, bolognese or chilli-con-carne which enjoys a slow cook over an open fire served with a crusty roll or slice of bread has to be a super comfort-food option!
2. A BBQ of course!
Why not make an easy marinade for some chicken thighs or burgers, perhaps even wrap some fish in foil with some veggies to make a delicious hassle free meal!
3. Its not a holiday without a dessert!
Toasted Marshmallows, s'mores or a banana with some chocolate wrapped in foil placed in the fire! All must-try treats for every camping holiday!
